
Ingredients:
– 1 cup Pakka Basmati Chawal (cooked rice) – Leftover chawal bhi chalega!
– 1/2 cup Kat hua Chicken (chopped Chicken) – Boil kiya hua ya fry kiya hua bhi ho sakta hai
– 1 Pyaaz (onion), finely chopped
– 1 Hari Mirch (green chili), finely chopped
– 1/4 cup Matar (peas) – Frozen ya fresh, dono chalega
– 1/4 cup Gajar (carrots), finely chopped
– 1/4 cup Hari Dhaniya (spring onions), chopped
– 2 Anda (eggs), beaten
– 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
-1 tbsp Oyster Sauce (optional) – Agar pasand ho toh
– 1 tsp Adrak-Lehsun ka Paste (ginger-garlic paste)
– 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder (turmeric powder)
– 1/4 tsp Lal Mirch Powder (red chili powder) – Apne hisab se tadka lagao
– Namak (Salt) – Swad anusar
– 1/4 tsp Hing (asafoetida)
– 2 tbsp Tel (oil)
Instructions:
– Taiyari: Wok ya kadhai mein tel garam karo. Hing daalo aur thodi der sizzle karne do.
– Sabziyan Sauté Karo: Pyaaz aur hari mirch daalo. Golden brown hone tak bhuno.
– Chicken Milao: Chicken daalo aur 2-3 minute tak pakao.
– Sabziyan Daalo: Matar, gajar aur hari dhaniya daalo. Aur 2-3 minute tak bhuno.
– Masale Daalo: Adrak-Lehsun ka paste, haldi powder aur lal mirch powder daalo. Ek minute tak bhuno.
– Anda fry: Bate hue ande daalo aur lightly fry karo
– Chawal Milao: Pukka chawal daalo aur achhe se mix karo.
– Sauce Daalo: Soya sauce aur agar chaaho toh oyster sauce bhi daalo. Namak bhi daalo.
– Bhu naiye: Sabko saath mein 2-3 minute tak aur bhuno jab tak chawal garam ho jaaye aur sabka swad mil na jaaye.
– Garnish Karo: Hari dhaniya se garnish karo aur garam-garam serve karo.
Tips:
– Leftover chawal ka use karo, woh jyada tasty banega.
– Mushrooms, shimla mirch ya corn jaisi aur bhi sabziyan daal sakte ho.
– Mirch ka tadka apne hisab se lagao.
– Extra flavour ke liye, aakhir mein thoda sa garam masala bhi daal sakte ho.
