
Aaj hum banayenge authentic Chicken Biryani, jo hai flavor se loaded aur perfect hai kisi bhi special din ke liye.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 4-5 green chilies, slit
- 1-inch ginger-garlic paste
- Whole spices: 1 bay leaf, 2-3 cloves, 2-3 green cardamoms, 1 stick cinnamon
- Fresh coriander and mint leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons oil or ghee
- 4 cups water
Instructions:
- Rice Preparation: Basmati rice ko 30 minutes ke liye bhigo dijiye, fir ache se drain kar lijiye.
- Chicken Marinade: Ek bowl mein chicken pieces, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, aur green chilies daal kar mix karein. Isse 30 minutes ke liye marinate hone rakh dijiye.
- Frying Onions: Ek deep pot mein oil ya ghee garam karein. Thinly sliced onions daal kar golden brown hone tak fry karein. Half onions ko alag nikaal kar garnish ke liye rakh dijiye.
- Cooking Chicken: Same pot mein marinated chicken daal kar achhe se bhunaiye. Phir chopped tomatoes daal kar cover karein aur chicken ko tender hone tak pakne dijiye.
- Adding Rice: Jab chicken pak jaye, to soaked rice daalein aur 4 cups water daal kar mix karein. Whole spices aur chopped coriander-mint leaves daal kar cover karein.
- Dum Cooking: Biryani ko medium flame par 20-25 minutes ke liye dham par (dum) rakhein, takki rice achhe se pak jayein.
- Serving: Garnish ki hui onions aur fresh coriander se sajayein. Chicken Biryani ko raita aur salad ke saath serve karein.
