
Pav Bhaji Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4-5 potatoes
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1 cup capsicum
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1-2 onions, chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 1-2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2-3 tsp pav bhaji masala
- 4-5 pav (bread rolls)
- 2-3 tsp oil or butter
- Salt – to taste
- Cilantro – for garnishing
- Lemon – for serving
Method:
- Sabzi tayaar karein: Pehle, potatoes, green peas, cauliflower, aur capsicum ko boil karein jab tak wo soft ho jayein. Phir inhe mash kar lein.
- Masala banayein: Ek kadhai mein 2-3 tsp oil ya butter garam karein. Ismein chopped onions aur green chilies daal kar bhunein jab tak onions golden brown ho jaye.
- Tomatoes aur masale daalein: Ab ismein chopped tomatoes aur ginger-garlic paste daal kar ache se bhunein jab tak tomatoes soft ho jaye. Phir pav bhaji masala aur salt daal kar 2-3 minutes tak bhunein.
- Mashed sabzi daalein: Ab ismein mashed sabzi daal kar ache se mix karein. Agar zarurat ho, to thoda paani daal kar bhaji ko thoda aur pakne dein.
- Pav ko toast karein: Ek alag tawa par thoda butter daal kar pav ko golden brown hone tak toast karein.
- Serve karein: Aapki pav bhaji tayaar hai! Isse cilantro se garnish karein aur lemon ke saath serve karein.
Tip: Aap bhaji mein aur bhi vegetables jaise carrot ya beetroot bhi daal sakte hain.
