Prime Minister Narendra Modi ki chairmanship mein hui Cabinet meeting ne commission banane ka faisla kiya, jo ki Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw ne announce kiya. Yeh commission ek chairperson aur do members par adharit hoga, jise jaldi appoint kiya jaega.

Yeh zaroori hai samajhna ki public sector undertakings (PSUs), autonomous bodies, aur Gramin Dak Sevaks ke employees aam tor par pay commissions ke daire se bahar hote hain. 7th Pay Commission ke Key Changes
7th Pay Commission, jo 2016 mein implement hua, ne salary structure mein kaafi bada badlav laaya. Jabki employee unions ne 3.68 fitment factor ki maang ki thi, government ne 2.57 fitment factor ka chunaav kiya. Yeh multiplier salaries aur pensions ko tay karne mein mahatvapurn kirdar ada karta hai.
7th Pay Commission ne minimum basic pay ko ₹7,000 se badha kar ₹18,000 per month tak le aaya. Isi tarah, minimum pension bhi ₹3,500 se badhkar ₹9,000 tak kaafi increase hui.
Maximum salary ko bhi ₹2,50,000 tak badha diya gaya, jabki maximum pension ₹1,25,000 tak pahunch gayi hai.
