

Ingredients:
– Aloo (Potatoes) – 4 medium size
– Gehun ka atta (Wheat flour) – 2 cups
– Namak (Salt) – Swaad anusar (to taste)
– Haldi (Turmeric powder) – 1/4 teaspoon
– Lal mirch (Red chili powder) – 1/2 teaspoon
– Jeera (Cumin seeds) – 1 teaspoon
– Hara dhaniya (Fresh coriander) – 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
– Hari mirch (Green chili) – 1-2, finely chopped
– Adrak (Ginger) – 1 inch piece, grated
– Tel (Oil) or Makkhan (Butter) – for cooking
Method:
1. Aloo ka Filling Tayyar Karein:
– Aloo ko pressure cooker mein 2-3 seeti tak pakayein, phir unhe chhilkon se alag karein aur mash karein.
– Ek bowl mein mashed aloo, namak, haldi, lal mirch, jeera, hara dhaniya, hari mirch, aur adrak mix karein. Filling tayyar hai.
2. Dough Tayyar Karein:
– Ek alag bowl mein gehun ka atta le kar, thodi si namak, aur paani daal kar ek soft dough banayein. Dough ko 15-20 minutes ke liye rest dene dein.
3. Paratha Banayein:
– Dough ko chhote-chhote balls mein divide karein.
– Ek ball ko belan se thodi si bel kar, usme aloo ka filling rakhein aur phir dough ko saare sides se bandh kar dein.
– Phir ise belan se bel kar ek paratha banayein.
4. Paratha Ko Pakayein:
– Ek tawa ko medium heat par garam karein.
– Paratha ko tawa par rakhein aur dono sides se halka sa pakayein.
– Jab paratha thodi si pak jaye, to use tel ya makkhan laga kar dono sides se golden brown hone tak pakayein.
5. Serve Karein:
– Garma garam aloo paratha ko dahi, achar, ya makkhan ke saath serve karein.
