Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken breast, cubes mein kaat le
- 100g cheese (mozzarella ya cheddar), cubes mein kaat le
- 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons nimbu ka ras (lemon juice)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lehsun ka paste (garlic paste)
- 1 teaspoon adrak ka paste (ginger paste)
- 1 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder (cumin powder)
- 1 teaspoon dhania powder (coriander powder)
- Salt, swad anusar
- Hara dhania, bareek kaat le (garnish ke liye)
- Skewers (wooden ya metal)
Instructions:
- Chicken Ko Marinate Karein:
- Ek bowl mein dahi, nimbu ka ras, olive oil, lehsun ka paste, adrak ka paste, lal mirch powder, jeera, dhania, aur salt daalein.
- Chicken cubes ko marinade mein daal kar achhe se mix karein. Dhak kar fridge mein kam se kam 30 minutes ke liye rakh dein.
- Skewers Tayaar Karein:
- Apne grill ya grill pan ko medium heat par preheat karein.
- Agar wooden skewers use kar rahe hain, to unhe 30 minutes ke liye paani mein bhigo dein taaki wo jal na jaye.
- Marinated chicken cube uthayein, andar cheese ka ek tukda daalein, aur skewer par laga dein. Baaki chicken aur cheese ke liye bhi yahi karein.
- Kababs Ko Grill Karein:
- Skewers ko preheated grill par rakh dein. Lagbhag 10-12 minutes tak pakayein, kabhi kabhi palat kar, jab tak chicken pak jaye aur halka sa charred ho jaye.
- Serve Karein:
- Grill se nikaal kar, hare dhania se garnish karein, aur mint chutney ya apne favorite dip ke saath garma-garam serve karein.
