- 250 grams paneer, cubed
- 1 cup dahi
- 1 tablespoon adrak-lehsun ka paste
- 1 tablespoon nimbu ka juice
- 1 tablespoon lal mirch powder
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt, swaad anusar
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, rings mein kaata hua

Instructions:
- Marination:
Dahi, adrak-lehsun ka paste, nimbu ka juice, lal mirch powder, jeera powder, garam masala, aur salt ko achhe se mix karo. - Paneer Ko Coat Karo:
Marination mein paneer cubes daal do aur achhe se coat kar lo. - Chill Karo:
Marinated paneer ko fridge mein 30 minutes ke liye rakh do. - Skewers Taiyar Karo:
Skewers par marinated paneer, bell pepper, aur onion rings daal do. - Grill Karo:
Skewers ko grill karo jab tak paneer golden brown aur charred na ho jaye. - Serve Karo:
Garam-garam serve karo mint chutney aur onion rings ke saath. - Final Touch:
Thoda chaat masala sprinkle karo for extra flavor.
